Connecting with people is an important aspect of ministry. In this area of focus you will get a better understanding of the inner workings of connecting the Body —managing teams, effective communication, and supporting the vision of the church administratively.
The connections department internship will cover a variety of areas from assimilation, discipleship, structure and processes to flow. You will gain insight and practical experience in connecting the RTTN families to its vision and ministries. You will learn through being a part of guest experience and relations, Connect Track, Connect events, Housefires, Interest Groups and team building.
Skills/Availability needed to apply:
• Abilities to work with Google Suite, Pages/Word, and Excel/Numbers
• Must have your own laptop
• This department will also require Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings
• Have a desire for people and administrative work as this internship will involve both aspects of ministry
