One of the most crucial elements in the health and growth of Redemption to the Nations Church is the ministry of elders. Elders, while serving many functions, are primarily charged with the spiritual care and connection with this body of believers. The biblical mandate for elders comes from the example of Moses when he appointed 70 elders to aid in the care of the children of Israel.
